Incorporating the most loved foundational reformer exercises, our signature Form classes are designed to deliver that deep burn to each and every muscle group in the body. Master the 'perfect' Pilates form, build strength, stability, flexibility, and great posture. Connect your mind to your body for a whole 50 minutes and leave feeling stretched, grounded and euphoric. We encourage beginners to start here, and invite those more experienced to attend to revisit form and technique. Prenatal clients are welcome to attend Form classes, as long as they are still able to lie on their back.

ELEVATE
These workouts are a chance for you to elevate your reformer Pilates practice through exposure to some more advanced exercises, mixed in with the traditional moves that we all know and love. ​Expect the incorporation of small equipment, a beautiful flow, and highly challenging sequences designed to work all areas of the body to fatigue. Come on a 50 minute journey with us, and enjoy a deeply nourishing experience for the body and mind. Elevate classes are not suitable for beginners.

PLYO
Plyo is where strength meets flight.
This energizing, jumpboard-based reformer class blends dynamic, low-impact plyometric movements with core-driven Pilates precision.
Expect a full-body workout designed to build power, improve endurance, and boost agility — all while staying kind to your joints.

STACK

This reformer class focuses on heavy resistance, powerful movements, and progressive overload — with less emphasis on stability work and more on muscle endurance.
