FORM

Incorporating the most loved foundational reformer exercises, our signature Form classes are designed to  deliver that deep burn to each and every muscle group in the body.

 

Master the 'perfect' Pilates form, build strength, stability, flexibility, and great posture. Connect your mind to your body for a whole 50 minutes and leave feeling  stretched, grounded and euphoric. We encourage beginners to start here, and invite those more experienced to attend to revisit form and technique.

ELEVATE

These workouts are a chance for you to elevate your reformer Pilates practice through exposure to some more advanced exercises, mixed in with the traditional moves that we all know and love.

​

Expect the incorporation of small equipment, a beautiful flow, and highly challenging sequences designed to work all areas of the body to fatigue.

 

Come on a 50 minute journey with us, and enjoy a deeply nourishing experience for the body and mind. Elevate classes are not suitable for beginners.
