
RETURN with Nicky and Tia

RETURN is a three-night, four day Pilates and Wellness retreat held in the lush hinterland of Byron Bay, hosted by Nicky Kiel and Tia Eddy at the breathtaking BlueGreen Sanctuary. Designed as a gentle reset for the nervous system, RETURN invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and return to a steadier rhythm through intentional movement, nourishment, and rest.

LUXURY ACCOMODATION AND AMMENITIES
Guests will stay in premium accommodation set amongst the sanctuary’s rolling landscape, with multiple swimming pools, infrared sauna, ice baths, a fire pit and meditation teepee, and open communal spaces designed for outdoor walks, stillness and connection.

PILATES TWICE DAILY
Each day includes morning reformer Pilates sessions and evening mat pilates classes. All workouts will be guided by Nicky and Tia, whose share a similar teaching philosophy, honouring strength, alignment and breath. All pilates classes can be tailored to suit all levels of pilates experience and will be modified for any injuries present.

ALL INCLUSIVE FARM TO TABLE MEALS
All meals and snacks are included and thoughtfully prepared using seasonal, farm-to-table produce, cooked on-site by Simon Favorito, from ‘Your Conscious Kitchen’. Food is a central part of RETURN - grounding, nourishing, and supportive of energy, digestion, and hormonal balance.

WORKSHOPS AND NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
Guests will experience a guided breath work journey with Rory Warnock, author of Unlock Your Breath. This session will help you go a little deeper into the world of conscious breathing, designed to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and support restorative sleep.

The retreat also includes a ninety minute interactive cooking demonstration with Simon, include tasting and sensory awakening, and offering practical inspiration and simple techniques to carry home.

Each evening will wind down with a stretch, and a sound bath meditation with Nicky.
Optional remedial and lymphatic massages are available for those seeking additional physical support during the retreat from a massage specialist with a focus on women's physiology, reproductive and digestive restoration.

About Us

NICKY KIEL
Nicky is a mat and reformer Pilates instructor devoted to helping people feel strong, capable and deeply connected to their bodies. Her approach blends dynamic, strength-focused movement with intentional breath and moments of stillness, creating sessions that energise the body while grounding the mind.
​
With a background in Pilates through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Queensland, Nicky brings a thoughtful, holistic lens to her teaching. She is passionate about nervous system regulation, longevity, and sustainable strength, supporting clients to reduce pain, improve mobility and build resilience both physically and mentally.

As the founder of Kiel Pilates, community is at the heart of everything she creates. This retreat is an extension of that philosophy, a space to move with purpose, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling stronger, clearer and deeply restored.

TIA EDDY
Tia has a lifelong passion for movement and fitness, which began with a background in dance. At the age of 17, a significant injury led her to a year of rehabilitation. This experience not only helped her regain her strength but also introduced Tia to Pilates.
Her teaching style can be encapsulated in three words: Flow, Challenge, and Burn. Each session is designed to offer a seamless flow of movements, presenting challenges that push clients beyond their comfort zones, and ensuring a satisfying burn that signifies progress and strength. Clients love Tia for her seamless, flowing sequences that allow you to strengthen each area of the body in every class.
The most rewarding aspect of being a Pilates instructor for Tia is witnessing her clients' strength and improvement. She finds joy in seeing clients challenge themselves and surpass their own expectations, making every moment in the studio worthwhile.
